Tim Langford-Smith
Managing Director
Tim is the founder and powerhouse behind JAZ, the motivating force
and the inspiration for the rest of us with his tireless energy, philosophic outlook
and hard-working attitude.
Over the last 15 years Tim has worked on so many projects it's difficult for him to
have a favourite. One recent job that comes to mind was working as a part of the bid
team involved in getting the Super 14 rugby franchise for Perth. Being in the club
rooms when the decision was announced was a real buzz!
He brings integrity, honesty and understanding gained through experience, as well as
a level-headed ability to deal rationally and calmly with difficult situations. Tim
is passionate about good coffee, branding and strategic thinking and loves the big
picture stuff, much more than being mired down in boggy details. I guess the ability
to think big is the reason why he's the boss.. :)

David Fowler
Technical Director
Leading the production team, David has been involved in the IT industry for over
15 years. In a previous life, he began an Aviation degree but left to start up
computer company beginning with hardware and software sales, moving into internet
provision and then eight years ago immersed himself entirely in web and
application development.
Outside of work, David is passionate about property investment, breeding tropical
fish and spending time with his wife & daughters.

Marcia Griffiths
Designer
Loving all things arty from a very young age, a graphic designer is exactly what she wanted to be when she
grew up!
With a background in interactive multimedia design, being able to create something brand new is exciting
and finds each project memorable and rewarding in it's own way.
An avid traveler over the years, having spent time living and working as a
designer in Wales, Marcia is more than happy to be back on home soil being
part of the team at JAZ doing what she loves in the city that she loves.
In her spare time, Marcia enjoys the simple things in life, reading, watching
movies, spending time with friends and dabbling in home decorating projects.

Michelle McDonogh
Communication Lead
Michelle brings what is a testament to the good things come in small packages reference. Michelle has both an extensive & impressive CV that brings a vast amount of experience to the JAZ team. Holding an Honors degree in Graphic Communication, Michelle has more than ten years professional commercial design experience. During the short time with JAZ she has quickly risen to a management position, taking on the role of Communications Lead in June this year.
Michelle has earnt a reputation for creative, original, & fresh ideas from her many years experience working as both a graphic designer & studio manger in the UK. Being a people person at heart,...together with her adaptable, flexible & practical design ideas, enable her to efficiently bring transparency to those concepts & ideas our customers are looking for.
Outside of JAZ Michelle enjoys designing & making her own jewellery, (even when she's not at work she's still designing) & when she's not cooking up a storm in the kitchen she's is packing a punch or two at the her local gym, getting into those interesting yoga positions and dancing her way round the dance floor!

Jade Camburn
Administrative Assistant
Our newest recruit Jade has the inevitable task of keeping us all organised which is a bit like herding
cats. Jade has adapted to JAZ life very quickly ensuring we have a steady stream of coffee, educating us
on the finer points of cup cakes and enjoying a sneaky pint with the rest of us on a Friday night.
Outside of work, Jade enjoys cooking, watching movies, walking her German shepherd, relaxing at
regular yoga sessions and socialising with family and friends.
Jade has worked in a variety of different industries over the last few years looking to find her niche in
life, which is working in the advertising industry. Jade enjoys working alongside creative people, and
loves being part of the JAZ team. This year Jade is looking to study marketing, as she would like to one
day be a marketing guru for JAZ.
